I diverted via the bed of the Strawberry Line to Yatton, which made it a long way. I was well sustained by the Piazza Cafe in Yatton which fed me well and played what seemed to be the Fur Elise rap. Question for anyone; how do you hand code umlauts and acutes in html? The main span of the Clifton Suspension Bridge has a high barrier (to stop people jumping off? bungee jumping?) but the sheer brickwork at the side has no such protection, only a normal sized wall. in Bristol I feel as if I'm in a city. The people seem to walk quicker. The buildings look like parts of London. When I get inside I can hear the traffic, the sirens, the drum and bass. Prayer God of life we pray for people who are thinking of taking their own lives. Please let them not do it. Help them see their own value to you and to us. We pray for relatives and close friends of people who have committed suicide. Support them in their shock and grief. Help them with any guilt they may feel.
